Henry Tang – Asia Liaison
Henry was born in Hong Kong and studied there for over 10 years in the UK, and 5 of those years were at Gresham’s Preparatory School in Holt, near our office. The founder of GIS was actually Henry’s guardian and looked after me well as he watched me grow up into a young man. Henry says “I learnt a lot from boarding life it taught me a great deal of things including how to be independent and to look after myself. I developed a good relationship with my guardian and they treated me like a member of their own family and they helped through some very tough times. Now that I am working with GIS, it is fantastic to say that I can help students feel as warm and welcome in a foreign country away from family, as I did so myself.” Henry acts as a key liaison with families and their children and helps with the recruitment of new students to GIS.
